For the past 10 years, John R. Goodman has served as the president of Pareto Marketing, Inc., a boutique strategic marketing firm specializing in data driven marketing. The company serves retailers in the luxury, apparel, entertainment, home improvement and pet supplies industries.

John has served both Starlight Theatre and EPIC for numerous years, having served repeated terms on the Starlight Board of Directors as its marketing committee chair and on the EPIC Board of Directors since 2007.

Previously, John served as senior vice president, Marketing & Customer Service at Helzberg Diamonds for 23 years. He is published in Direct Marketing Success Stories and Successful Direct Marketing Methods and frequently lectures at the University of Kansas, Texas A&M University and the University of Missouri at Kansas City. His Board of Directors service also includes The Kansas City Symphony and Wayside Waifs Animal Shelter.
