Justin White serves as the Vice President of Operations for both Starlight Theatre and EPIC Innovative Events, Inc. Justin began his career at Starlight Theatre in 2002 as an operations intern, and then full-time in 2004 as the Assistant Director of Operations. 

Throughout his 13 years at Starlight, Justin has been instrumental in ensuring the venue continues to be recognized as one of the US' top-rated outdoor theatres by leading capital improvement projects and aggressive annual maintenance, guest service training and improvements, recycling and energy conservation initiatives, horticulture program development, and even producing news-worthy fireworks displays. Just mention to him that a task is impossible: large, complicated events (and capital projects) are what really get his team moving! Justin also thoroughly enjoys leading a multi-disciplined workforce of over 300 staff and volunteers at this unique and world-class Kansas City landmark.

Justin is certified as a Guest Services Professional and Trained Crowd Manager, both through the International Association of Venue Mangers. He studied mechanical engineering at the University of Missouri-Columbia and holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from the University of Central Missouri. Justin is married with one son.
