What did Bayer have in mind? They wanted to honor veterinarians and veterinary technicians with a night of pure entertainment at various national and veterinary conferences. They wanted these people to know that Bayer is there for them, supporting them in everything they do.
EPIC delivered for Bayer a night their 18,000 audience members would never forget. It included hosting a private concert headlining top acts like Trisha Yearwood, Bill Cosby and Hootie & the Blowfish. We created an atmosphere of fun thet even included circus acts, but never overshadowed Bayer's message of caring for the animal health industry. The heart of the story, and of the evening, belonged to the veterinarians and their devoted care of animals. Bayer knew that pets enhance human relationships and that veterinarians are an integral part of a pet's life. They wanted to complete the circle by honoring the veterinarians.
EPIC worked with each conference venue and host to make sure that the technical production would be top-of-the-line. We utilized resources from all the local production companied in the various host cities to make sure that everything ran smoothly and was cost-efficient.
